Terms & Conditions Cancellation Policy

Skellig Michael Eco Cruise:

• If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days in advance of the departure time,  you will receive a full refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the departure time, or in the case of a no-show.
• If we need to cancel your Skellig Michael Eco Cruise due to adverse weather conditions we will issue a full refund.

Skellig Michael Landing tour:

• If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of the departure time,  you will receive a full refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of the departure time, or in the case of a no-show.
• If we need to cancel your Skellig Michael Landing Tour due to adverse weather conditions we will issue a full refund.
• There are certain times during the season when the tour around Skellig Michael is possible but the  Skellig Michael Pier may not be suitable  to land. In this case you will only be charged for the tour around the island and a refund  of the balance will be issued
• Please Note: Booking fees are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions

• Please note that all of our tours are weather-dependent, and we reserve the right to cancel a tour due to adverse sea or weather conditions.
• We reserve the right to cancel any bookings resulting from multiple reservations, bookings made with the intent to resell individually, or bookings made as part of an organized activity or tour package. Additionally, we may cancel any bookings that we deem inappropriate or not in line with our policies.
• Departure times may be subject to change due to factors such as weather or demand. We will contact you by email in advance if there are any changes to your scheduled departure.
• Landing Tours may be delayed until 1:00 pm or may need to depart as early as 7:30 am depending on weather conditions at the Skellig Michael Landing pier. You must be available for these times on the day of the tour. Due to the possibility of short-notice time changes, we advise guests to stay locally the night before the tour and be aware that afternoon plans may be disrupted.

• If departure times change or the tour is cancelled we may need to contact you at short notice. For this reason it is important to provide us with your phone number including country code.

• Visitors are advised to dress appropriately for the landing tour. We recommend wearing pants or leggings, as skirts or dresses are not suitable for this tour. Sturdy walking shoes with ankle support are recommended. Please be aware that if you are not wearing suitable clothing or footwear, you will not be allowed to participate in the landing tour.

• Visitors are advised to bring a packed lunch in a rucksack-style bag to ensure your hands remain free when entering and exiting the boat at Skellig Michael, as well as while climbing the island. Please avoid large or bulky bags, as they may hinder your movement or pose safety risks.
